Our firm was founded in the early 60s by Giuseppe Rossini, who contributed to the official recognition of the Labor Consultant Profession and became one of the fathers of the Italian Professional Association of Labour Consultants.

We have a decades-long experience in the field of human resources administration, management consulting and legal assistance: we have been active in the Mariano Comense area for over 50 years, and we keep providing our services with professionalism, commitment and dedication, just as our founder taught us.

Our services are aimed at a wide range of customers, from multinational companies to private citizens: we aim to find the best solutions for our clients, while maintaining high quality standards.

This is possible only thank to our well-established and qualified staff: training and professional development have always been our priority.

Locally known as “Studio Rossini”, since January 1^st 2020 our business name has become “Studio Brenna e Bonavitacola”, as Federico Brenna and Marco Bonavitacola, personally trained by the Rossini family, have become the new managing partners. Team and location are still the same: you can find us in our long established headquarter in Mariano Comense.

Federico Brenna has a MS in HR Organization and Labour Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano and has been working here since 2008, starting as Maria Grazia Rossini’s intern and then as Professional Partner. 

Marco Bonavitacola has a MS in HR Organization and Labour Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano and has been working here since 2010, starting as Maria Grazia Rossini’s intern and then as Professional Partner.
